1. What Pokérium is

Pokérium is an unofficial, free, non-profit fan game made by one hobbyist. It has no ads, no purchases and no donations. You can play as a guest; signing in with Google is optional. It runs in the browser at pokerium.net and is not distributed as a download or through any app store.

2. Trademarks and copyright

Pokérium is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc. or GAME FREAK inc. Pokémon, the Pokémon names, designs, images and sounds are trademarks and copyrights of their owners, © 1995–2026 Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK inc. Pokérium claims no ownership of them and uses them as a non-commercial tribute.

If you made something Pokérium uses and you are not credited, or credited wrongly, write to the address below: you will be credited properly, or the asset will be removed, as you prefer.

4. Content removal (rights holders)

Rights holders can ask for content to be removed by email to contact@pokerium.net, naming the content; no formal notice is needed. Good-faith requests are followed: the content named, or the whole site if asked, is taken down promptly. Pokérium will not contest a request from the Pokémon rights holders.

5. Privacy

As a guest Pokérium asks for nothing about you: no name, email, password or payment. Your progress, settings, zoom and hidden tips live in your browser's local storage; clearing this site's data deletes them (the Save & recovery panel exports a copy first).
Signed in with Google (optional): Google tells Pokérium your account's ID, email address and name, and nothing else (no contacts, no Drive, no passwords). Pokérium stores your game save with your account ID in a Cloudflare D1 database so you can play on any device, keeps the save before it as a backup, and keeps you signed in for 30 days with a cookie used only for that. Your email and name are shown to you in the game and never shared, sold or used for anything else.
Deleting. In Save & recovery, Delete my cloud save removes your save from Pokérium's database; Sign out ends the session on that device. To have everything about your account removed, write to the address below.
No analytics, ads or tracking. The only cookie is the sign-in session, set only if you sign in.
Hosting. Cloudflare serves the site and stores signed-in players' saves; it handles the connection data any website receives, such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy. Google handles the sign-in under its own.
